Handmade from stoneware clay, this contemporary cup is lower in height than a standard mug. Perfect for hot chocolate or coffee. The cup has a wonderfully tactile and comfortable dimple to place your thumb. The satin glaze is smooth and lovely to touch. There is a glossy surface inside.

A contemporary straight sided ceramic vase with a hand-painted green dash pattern. Finished with a glossy glaze inside and out. Perfect for a bunch of fresh cut flowers.
The base of the vase is inset and finished with a foot ring underneath.

Made from stoneware, thrown on my wheel in my south London kitchen studio.
A mini stripy ceramic plant pot. Hand-painted with bright yellow underglaze and finished with a glossy glaze inside and out. The base is slightly inset giving an added detail to the foot to the pot.
6.3cm internal diameter x 5cm internal height
7cm external diameter x 5.5cm external height
A 5.5cm or 6cm nursery pot should fit inside this decorative pot.
There is no hole in this plant pot.
It is always advised to water plants at the sink; taking the plant in it’s plastic ‘nursery’ pot out of this decorative pot and allowing for all the water to drain away before putting the plant back into this decorative pot. If plants are left sitting in water for long periods of time they can develop root rot.

I'm Jemma, a ceramicist working from a plant-filled corner of my kitchen adapted into a mini pottery studio. I love to create useful and beautiful homeware with interesting design details, be that the handle shape, a geometric form or the surface decoration. I’m particularly inspired by the plants that surround me in my studio, and like to decorate my pieces with hand-painted, stylised leafy designs.
